PRICES & INFO
RULES According to Copenhagen Municipality there may sit no more than 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 8 in a normal rickshaw, but exceptions can be made if it's justifiable and safe. The rickshaws also run when it rains. Remember to check the weather forecast well in advance. BOOKING All sightseeing tours and driving from A to B with more than 4 rickshaws must, as a rule, be booked and paid for, no later than 10 days before the tour (unless when booked later, there are available times and carriages). - Call and find out more. Short tours from A to B in Copenhagen with 1-4 rickshaws can usually be booked within 30-45 minutes. on tel. +45 6151 2030 all days of the week 10:00 - 21:00 and Friday and Saturday until 23:00. However, the rickshaws we have access to are in short supply - therefore book as far in advance as possible. GUARANTEED COMFORT: All rickshaws are cleaned, covered with a canopy and there are blankets for the legs. We drive in all kinds of weather and passengers are always dry and warm. PAYMENT: Payment must be made no later than 5 days before a planned tour, 10 days before a wedding, and for companies, as shown on the invoice. However, in some cases exceptions can be made. If a payment is late, we reserve the right to cancel the tour, but the full price and booking fee(s) must still be paid, as all drivers and guides are freelancers and must receive their money. CANCELLATION: Cancellation must be made no later than 4 days before an agreed ride or tour. If the cancellation occurs in good time, we only charge the fixed booking fee of €15 per rickshaw for our preparatory work, (€40 for a film production, gala ride or wedding). If the ride has already been paid for, Copenhagen Rickshaw will refund the full amount within a few working days, i.e. minus the booking fee. As our drivers are locked to a booked tour and therefore cannot take on other tasks, the booking takes place as a form of ticket purchase. Good weather - yes please! insurance
Although the rickshaws come with a roof and water-repellent blankets, and therefore run in all kinds of weather, with this insurance you can, up to 2 hours before an agreed ride, move your order to another date, if it rains heavily. A drizzle does not count as heavy rain, but we look at the weather forecast and try to be flexible. The insurance is paid together with the ticket for the ride.
