When you write or call us to book a tour, we need the following information:

GUARANTEED COMFORT:
All rickshaws are cleaned, covered with a canopy and there are blankets for the legs. We drive in all kinds of weather and passengers are always dry and warm.
PAYMENT:
Payment must be made no later than 5 days before a planned tour, 10 days before a wedding, and for companies, as shown on the invoice. However, in some cases exceptions can be made. If a payment is late, we reserve the right to cancel the tour, but the full price and booking fee(s) must still be paid, as all drivers and guides are freelancers and must receive their money.
CANCELLATION:
Cancellation must be made no later than 4 days before an agreed ride or tour. If the cancellation occurs in good time, we only charge the fixed booking fee of €15 per rickshaw for our preparatory work, (€40 for a film production, gala ride or wedding). If the ride has already been paid for, Copenhagen Rickshaw will refund the full amount within a few working days, i.e. minus the booking fee. As our drivers are locked to a booked tour and therefore cannot take on other tasks, the booking takes place as a form of ticket purchase. Therefore, as a rule, we must have advance payment for all assignments and tours.
